Great news- we are moving our production to sunny Spain!
For the past 5 years, we have been proud to work with artisans in NYC to produce our collections. However, our designs and production have been confined because of the limited supplies and skyrocketing price. I asked the team, how can we bring more value to our customers.
On the personal side, I am such a "look at the sky", "look at the moon", "listen to the waves", sing in the car type of person. I asked myself, how can I add more fun and build a business around the lifestyle I want.
When my feet first touched the white sand and calm water of the Mediterranean sea in Alicante, I knew this is the place. Our new factory is located in a small town outside of Alicante, Spain where craftsmanship is learned through a lifetime of experience. When I visited the factory, I was impressed by their organized process, keen attention to detail and passionate energy.
The owner, Juan, was a skilled artisan working for other factories for years before starting his own business 22 years ago. Today, he still works with the leather/bags himself; his two sons, Juanma and Esteban, run the factory with him. They are working with both international luxury brands and smaller independent designers.
