Shipping Times and Cost

U.S. Orders: We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, including Puerto Rico. Please note, we do not ship to PO boxes or use shipping/freight forwarders.

  • Standard Shipping: Free
  • Express Shipping: $30

International Orders: Express worldwide shipping is available via DHL for $20 USD. We do not ship to PO boxes.

Estimated Delivery Times: Orders will be processed within 2 business days if items are in stock. Please note, processing times exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

  • Standard Shipping (within the US): 2-7 business days
  • Express Shipping (within the US): 1 business day
  • International DHL Express: up to 3-7 business days (please check tracking once shipped)

Tracking Your Order: You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Taxes and Duties for International Orders:

  • DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) Countries: Taxes and duties are either prepaid at checkout or included in the product price. The total will be shown at checkout.
  • DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) Countries: Orders will be subject to duties and taxes upon receipt, payable by the customer.

Return/ Exchange

We are constantly endeavoring to improve our customer service. At this time, you may return/exchange any unused, unworn, undamaged items purchased within 15 days, and you shall be responsible for the shipping fee incurred. 

All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original dust bag. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged - scratched, worn or not in their original packaging. Sabrina Zeng reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. 

Please follow below self return process. For exchanges and any further assistance, please email info@sabrinazeng.com. 

1. Log in to your account by clicking the "log in" in the store's navigation or visit here.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

3. Select a return reason and and click request return.

You will then receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Please allow up to 4-7 business days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received by our warehouse.

Please note that items purchased at a 30% or more discount are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
